Exchange & Return Policy

 

You may return or exchange your purchases for their purchase value within 14 days from the purchase date stated on the invoice, under the following conditions:

 

  • Items must be in their original condition and original packaging.

  • Items must be unused, not perfumed, not washed, and not altered.

  • The original price tag must be attached.

  • The original purchase invoice must be presented.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • For public health reasons, swimwear, underwear, and all types of accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

You may return or exchange your purchases for their purchase value within 30 days from the purchase date stated on the invoice under the following condition:

  • In case of a manufacturing defect in the product.

  • The original purchase invoice must be presented.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • During discount periods, exchange only is allowed.

 

It is necessary to keep the purchase invoice, as no additional copies can be issued.
